What they need
Our client is looking a RO who will replace an existing RO for Type 4. 9 license
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as RO Type 4, 9 RO / ED
- Mainly managing daily operations in compliance with SFC regulations
- Supervise the firm's SFC regulated activities, liaise with SFC regulators and file / submit relevant SFC applications
- Assist the Company investment decision in private equity or pre-IPO projects
Requirements:
- Current RO , with min 2+ year of senior management experience
- Good experience in private equity or pre-IPO investment
- Good knowledge in fund set up and fund management
- Prefer current holder of SFC RO license for Type 4,9 regulated activity
- Clean record with the SFC with no reprimands in the past
