Responsible Officer(Type 6)

Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC-Type 6 regulated activities.
• Focus on Financial Advisory (FA) (e.g. M&A advisory, independent financial advice (IFA) and corporate restructuring).
• Perform due diligence, investment evaluation and financial modeling for potential investors.
• Ensure the compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Support Senior Management in implementing business strategies.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance or related discipline.
• SFC registered Type 6 RO and 5 years solid relevant experience in Corporate Finance is preferred. Sponsor principal qualification is not required.
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin.
