Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Responsible Staff member to join our treatment team. In this vital role, you will oversee the safety, engagement, and well-being of male or female adults in our Treatment Program . This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on those who are starting over in life.
Responsibilities
- Supervise aults, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Dispersing medication
- Following policy
- Offering support
- Apply first aid and CPR protocols promptly and effectively in case of emergencies
- Maintain a safe environment by following all first aid procedures, safety guidelines, and behavior management policies
- Collaborate with team members
- End of shift charting
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 per week
