Essential Requirements

• Applicants with previous Barista and Bar experience will be highly considered

• Minimum 2 years experience in a premium dining venue

• Well presented with a personable service approach and a keen eye for detail

• Full Australian working rights

• Full availability, including evenings and weekends

• Current QLD RSA certificate

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your own section during service with precision and warmth
• Transitioning from floor service into a bar/barista role when required
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both food and wine
• Accurately process orders and communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen
• Support fellow waitstaff and maintain high standards of service throughout
• Handle billing, payment processing and resolve any guest concerns with care

The successful applicant will be employed in a casual position, working 30-35 hours per week.
