The Role

As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll help bring the Summer Salt experience to life, from long lunches overlooking Elouera Beach to sunset dinners and special celebrations. You’ll deliver attentive service, share your knowledge of our modern Australian menu, and help create the relaxed yet refined atmosphere our guests love.

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
• A warm, engaging personality and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
• Previous restaurant experience is highly regarded but not required.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
