Position Summary:

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
• Responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring associates are providing service excellence with each customer experience
• Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
• Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
• Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
• Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives
• Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Hotel core values
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
• Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA
• Relevant experience in a managerial role
