We are searching for an engaging and resourceful Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team*.* Our Restaurant and Bar Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of Restaurant at the hotel*.* This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department.
• Lead, train, and motivate the FB team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Plan menus in collaboration with chefs and ensure high quality food and beverages.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Implement cost control measures and manage budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of events and functions.
• Track sales and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices.
