Restaurant and Bar Supervisor

21st Amendment Hoylake is on the look out for an experienced supervisor. We are a bar and sports venue that also serves restaurant quality food.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and will possess strong leadership abilities to assist the general manager in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all staff and oversee the running of the venue

• Ensure exception customer service

• Train and monitor staff on product knowledge and service

• Handle customer queries, requests and complaints efficiently

• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness of the venue and health and safety

• Oversee stock management

• Assist the GM in planning and executing of events

• Able to supervise and motivate staff effectively

• Flexibility to be able to work in all parts of the venue (bar, floor, restaurant)

Requirements:

• Must have previous supervisory experience in hospitality

• Strong leadership skills

• Good cocktail knowledge

• Experience taking food orders/running food

• Able to supervise and motivate staff effectively

• Experienced in till reconciliation

• Barista experience

• Must be available weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour
