Restaurant and Bar Supervisor

Full-Time Supervisor – The Last Bookstore

The Last Bookstore is looking for an experienced Full-Time Supervisor to join our team.

We’re a very busy, fast-paced venue, so we’re looking for someone who is confident working under pressure, can lead from the front and knows how to keep a busy shift running smoothly while maintaining great standards of service.

Cocktail experience is essential for this role. You’ll need to be comfortable working behind a high-volume bar, producing cocktails quickly and consistently, and supporting the wider team during busy services.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working in a busy, high-volume bar or hospitality venue
• Confident leading and motivating a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stay organised and calm during busy periods
• Strong communication skills
• A hands-on approach – this is very much a role for someone who leads from the floor
• Good understanding of opening/closing procedures, cash handling and general bar operations
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

This is a full-time position and would suit someone who enjoys the energy of a busy venue, takes pride in delivering great service and is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

Pay: £13.00-£13.30 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 45.0 per week

• Employee discount
