We’re Chilled Pubs — seven food-led pubs across the Midlands, built around warm hospitality, seriously good food and drink, and brilliant teams.

We’re looking for future leaders!

People who want more than simply running a shift. People who want to learn how to lead well, coach others, build strong teams and grow into bigger roles in the future 🚀

Grow your way We love developing and promoting from within.

You’ll be given real responsibility, regular one-to-ones and proper support to help you grow into the leader you want to become.

You’ll learn how to:

• Lead confident, well-organised shifts
• Set high standards and bring the best out of people
• Give useful feedback and coach the team
• Make good decisions when the pressure is on
• Build trust, energy and togetherness

Our leaders are hands-on.

You’ll set the tone of the shift, support the team and help create an atmosphere where people enjoy working and perform at their best.

What We’re Looking For You might already have some supervisory experience, or you might be a brilliant team member ready for your first step into leadership.

You’ll need to be:

• Warm and welcoming
• Hungry to learn and progress
• People Smart
• Calm, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility
• Excited by helping other people grow

We’re not just recruiting someone to manage today’s shift - we’re looking for someone who wants to grow, and someone who could help lead Chilled Pubs in the future 💫
