Los Milics Vineyards is an Arizona winery and hospitality destination focused on thoughtful wine, elevated food experiences, and genuine hospitality. Located in the rolling hills of Elgin, our property combines vineyard views, dining, tasting experiences, and luxury casitas into a uniquely guest-centered environment.

We are currently looking for service professionals to join our Elgin front-of-house team.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in hospitality-focused environments and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. We are seeking team members who are attentive, personable, organized, and passionate about food, wine, and service.

Whether assisting guests during tastings, restaurant service, or special events, our servers play an important role in representing the Los Milics experience.

Responsibilities

Provide welcoming, attentive service throughout the guest experience.
Confidently discuss menus, wine selections, and winery offerings.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout service.
Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and leadership teams.
Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
Support service standards that reflect the quality and hospitality of the brand.
Qualifications

Previous restaurant, winery, or hospitality experience preferred.
Interest in wine and willingness to continue learning.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
