Restaurant Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Restaurant Assistant to support both our front of house and kitchen teams. This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, working as part of a team, and taking pride in doing things properly.

The Role

This is a varied position that includes:

• Supporting front of house with food running, clearing tables, and guest service
• Assisting in the kitchen with washing up and basic food preparation
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout service
• Supporting chefs and floor staff during busy services

You will be on your feet, working at pace, and involved in service from start to finish.

• Physically capable of a fast-paced, demanding role
• Mature, sensible, and dependable, reliability is essential
• Good common sense and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Calm under pressure and able to work as part of a team
• Lives locally, as finishes can be after midnight
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

Availability

• Weekend availability is essential, as this is our busiest time
• Evening work required, including late finishes
