Applicant Must Have Il Fornaio Restaurant FOH Manager Requirements / Responsibilities

A minimum of 2 years upscale dining management and table service experience

• A strong organizational style with a keen eye for food service details
• Full bar with "hands on" specialty cocktail preparation
• CA and Italian wine service knowledge
• A history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry
• A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• 2+ Years in an AGM role
• RBS Certifcation
• A positive leadership style.

Salary: $85000 - $92000 per year
