Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and guide staff during daily operations.
- Maintain good customer service and handle customer feedback.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling and work performance.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
About you
- Experience in F&B / restaurant operations is preferred.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work as a team.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Training will be provided.
