Duties

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS system.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service, food handling, and proper presentation in line with food safety standards
• Process cash and card payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in math calculations and cash handling procedures
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the shift
• Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries or concerns promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or quick service (fast food)
• Familiarity with POS system.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
• Hospitality or guest relations experience that demonstrates professionalism and attentiveness
