Restaurant Bartender/Server/Host/Support

Bartenders, Servers, Hosts & Support Staff 207 Building | Downtown Atlanta Four Concepts. One Building. Big Opportunity.

The 207 Building in Downtown Atlanta is hiring Bartenders, Servers, Hosts / Hostesses, Food Runners, Bussers, and Server Assistants for a high-volume, multi-concept hospitality project.

This building will be home to multiple concepts under one roof, including a sports and simulator bar, live music concept, rooftop lounge, and private event space.

We are looking for hospitality-driven team members who can bring energy, professionalism, urgency, and consistency to a fast-moving environment.

This is not a slow, single-concept restaurant. We need people who can move with purpose, communicate clearly, and create a great guest experience across multiple styles of service.

Concepts Supported

Team members may support one or more of the following concepts:

• Peachtree Sporting Club
• Elevated sports bar, golf simulators, group outings, food, drinks, and high-energy service.
• American Dive

Live music, BBQ, casual service, late-night energy, and a fun guest experience.

• Aire Rooftop Lounge

Rooftop cocktails, lounge service, elevated hospitality, and nightlife energy.Private events, banquets, weddings, corporate events, and large-format service.Positions AvailableBartender

• Grand Ballroom

Bartenders will be responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and polished beverage service while creating a strong guest experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to spec
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and cleanliness during high-volume service
• Follow recipes, portioning, garnish, and presentation standards
• Provide warm, confident, and professional guest service
• Maintain a clean and organized bar station
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Support service bar, events, rooftop service, and high-volume rushes
• Restock product, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies
• Follow alcohol service, sanitation, and safety standards
• Work as part of a team with servers, barbacks, runners, and managers

Server

Servers will be responsible for guiding the guest experience, selling confidently, and delivering polished service across multiple concepts.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet guests warmly and create a strong first impression
• Explain menus, specials, cocktails, events, and venue offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Use the POS system correctly and efficiently
• Maintain table presence without hovering
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, support staff, and managers
• Run food and drinks when needed
• Pre-bus, reset, and maintain clean sections
• Handle guest issues quickly and professionally
• Drive check average through smart recommendations
• Support private events, group service, and high-volume shifts

Host / Hostess / Guest Services

Hosts and Guest Services team members will be responsible for creating the first impression, managing the flow of the room, and making sure guests are welcomed, seated, and handed off properly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and seating flow
• Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
• Seat guests according to floor plan and server rotation
• Support VIPs, private events, groups, and special reservations
• Answer phones and provide basic venue information
• Communicate with managers, servers, and support staff throughout service
• Help maintain the entrance, host stand, menus, and guest-facing areas
• Assist with coat check, guest questions, directions, or event flow when needed
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Keep the first impression polished, organized, and welcoming

Support StaffFood Runner, Busser, Server Assistant

Support Staff will help keep service moving, tables clean, food delivered correctly, and guests taken care of. This role is critical to the success of the floor.

Responsibilities Include:

• Run food quickly and accurately to the correct tables
• Communicate with servers, kitchen, bar, and management
• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Keep service stations stocked and organized
• Refill waters and assist with guest needs
• Remove trash, dirty dishes, and glassware as needed
• Help maintain clean dining rooms, bars, patios, and event spaces
• Assist servers during busy periods
• Support large parties, events, and private functions
• Move with urgency while staying professional and aware of guests

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs for support roles
• Previous restaurant, bar, hotel, event, or hospitality experience preferred
• Alcohol service certification is a plus
• Fine dining, high-volume, nightlife, or event experience is a plus
