Restaurant Branch Supervisor

About the role

We are searching for a Branch Supervisor for our Champs Burgers kiosk in Madison Galeries, Cupang, Muntinlupa. The Branch Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations--from sales and overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise branch staff of 2-3 personnel, enforcing company guidelines and code of conduct

• Manage inventory and ordering supplies as needed

• Forecast sales targets based on actual performance and opportunities

• Ensure that all menu items are prepared and cooked according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the branch, especially kitchen and food preparation areas

• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers and addressing their needs

• Enforce food safety procedures for proper food preparation and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

• Prepare daily and monthly reports for submission to management

• Recommend and implement approved local marketing initiatives to grow branch sales

• Assist in other roles as needed

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or
• 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor in a food service environment
• Proficient in kitchen hygiene practices
• Strong customer-oriented approach
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably a resident of Muntinlupa or nearby areas
