Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to join our team in Andaman. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage restaurant service efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
• Guide and manage stewards/waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
• Welcome guests, take care of their requirements, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other teams for timely and accurate order service.
• Handle guest queries and service-related concerns professionally.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment.
• Good spoken English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant service and guest handling.
• Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Andaman.
• North-East candidates are preferred.
