Restaurant Captain

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
• Assign duties to chefs, cooks, helpers, and stewards.
• Ensure food is prepared according to quality and presentation standards.
• Check taste, portion size, freshness, and plating before food is served.
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Check stock levels and inform the chef/management about shortages or requirements.
• Reduce food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Coordinate with the restaurant/service team to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and report any damage or maintenance issues.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Handle customer complaints related to food when required and coordinate with the chef to resolve them.
• Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure the kitchen is properly opened and closed according to procedures.
• Maintain discipline and teamwork among kitchen staff.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
