Position: Restaurant Captain
Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant service and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead and guide the service team during shifts.
• Take orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management team.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and team-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
