Restaurant Captain

• Guest Service & Hospitality
• Greet and seat guests warmly, handle reservations, and manage floor seating arrangements.
• Present menus, recommend food and beverage pairings, and take detailed orders.
• Check in with diners during meals to monitor satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints or service delays calmly and professionally. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
• Table & Section Supervision
• Inspect table settings, linens, cutlery, glassware, and side stations for cleanliness and hygiene standards before service.
• Oversee the sequence of service (starter, main course, dessert) across an assigned station.
• Manage billing, payments, and guest checkouts accurately. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Kitchen & Bar Coordination
• Relay orders, special requests, dietary restrictions, and food allergies to chefs and bartenders.
• Check the quality, temperature, and presentation of dishes before they reach the table.
• Team Leadership & Training
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and debriefs with junior servers, stewards, and busboys.
• Train new staff on restaurant protocols, menu knowledge, and service culture.
• Assist management with duty rosters, stock/inventory checks, and enforcing safety regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• F&B: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Hindi & Nepali (Preferred)
