Restaurant Captain

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Supervise the dining area, coffee tables, and service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, correct table settings, and efficient order delivery.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards for waiters, housekeeping staff, dining areas, and tables.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Promote and upsell menu items, beverages, and special offers to increase sales.
• Ensure the sales area and snack counter are clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
• Coordinate with the production team for timely replenishment of snacks and other items.
• Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and service standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
