Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage table allocation, order taking, and timely food service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for accurate and timely order delivery.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team management.
- Train and support team members to improve service quality.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and follow company SOPs.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
