Restaurant Cashier

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and interest.
• Support sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including cashiering, POS transactions, and basic math calculations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products effectively.
• Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, manage time efficiently, and ensure smooth store operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated technical sales experience with the ability to perform product demos confidently.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Familiarity with merchandising standards, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent time management and phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where customer service excellence is prioritized will set you apart.
