Job Summary

Under The Table is seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Restaurant Coordinator to help coordinate daily restaurant operations and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations and service activities
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with seating, reservations, and dining service coordination
• Communicate guest needs with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Answer customer questions and respond to service requests
• Coordinate orders and service activities during busy periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
• Support restaurant team members with daily operational tasks
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Follow restaurant safety, sanitation, and service standards

Requirements

• Previous Restaurant Coordinator, Host, Server, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restaurant safety and service standards
