About the role

GG Wealth Sdn Bhd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Crew members to join our hospitality team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Restaurant Crew member, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service and hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests in a warm, welcoming manner
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving meals and drinks to customers with attention to detail and professionalism
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to provide informed recommendations
• Clearing tables promptly and maintaining a clean, organised dining environment
• Processing payments and handling transactions using point-of-sale systems
• Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns with courtesy and efficiency
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Restocking supplies and preparing dining areas for service periods

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café or hospitality setting is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure under pressure
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems
