What they need
- Obtain training in customer service, safe food handling and their roles. Ensure cleanliness and standards.
- Maintaining food safety regulations and minimise wastages
- Good Communication-Interacting Skills and ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
- Managing restaurant bills and cash flow, making bank deposits and keeping accurate records of revenue
- Weekly Reporting and handling customer complaints and resolve issues peacefully
- Knowledge of Beverages Fresh Drinks, Wines, Cocktails and Mocktails
- Greet guests politely and answer questions about the menu.
- Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Taking Orders and assemble food items per standard rules. Assistant Barista and Juices
- Clear and wipe down tables, counters, and floors. -Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging items.
- Assist in both Restaurant and Kitchen functions
