What they need
Better Burger is looking for a hardworking, hospitality-focused Crew Member to join our team. This role includes learning and working key kitchen stations such as the flat top grill, fryers, and assembly line to help prepare high-quality burgers, chicken, sides, and other menu items with speed, consistency, and care.
The ideal candidate is dependable, coachable, works well under pressure, and takes pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and great guest experiences. Hospitality is at the center of our mission, so every team member plays a part in making guests feel welcomed and taken care of.
Willingness to be cross-trained on cashier, expo, and guest service is a plus.
Required availability: 3:30 PM to 10 PM . Closed on Wednesdays
Location: 920 Old Liverpool Road, Liverpool NY 13088
Earnings: $19-$21
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
