Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace to ensure food safety management.
• Process cash transactions, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations to meet sanitation and food safety standards.
• Assist in food handling duties, including portioning ingredients and managing food storage to ensure freshness and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service restaurants or fast food environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS ; experience with cashiering and processing cash transactions is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation, handling kitchen equipment, and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order processing.
• Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training in food safety management is desirable.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
