Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the Aloha POS system for processing transactions.
• Prepare food and beverages according to restaurant standards while adhering to food handling safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service.

Skills

• Previous experience in a café or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong food handling knowledge to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash register operations; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in grocery store settings can be beneficial for understanding customer service dynamics.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
