Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions accurately.
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas to ensure food safety compliance.
• Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
• Assist with food service tasks including bussing tables, serving guests, and supporting food preparation as needed.
• Uphold food safety management practices by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a restaurant or café environment is preferred.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 35.0 per week
