Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the food industry.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble pizza and chicken food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
• Handle food safely following proper food handling procedures
• Serve food efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations
• Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Support team members in various roles including kitchen prep, food assembly, and front-of-house duties

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, food safety, and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with POS systems ; retail math skills are a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively in a quick service or fast-food environment
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced café or quick-service setting
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
