Responsibilities

• Prepare food items accurately and efficiently, following safety and quality standards.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders and payments smoothly.
• Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and kitchen equipment operation.
• Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision.
• Support operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a quick service environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation standards is essential.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing register operations.
• Prior restaurant or café experience that demonstrates knowledge of food handling, serving, and food industry best practices is advantageous.

Pay: $17.13 - $17.50 per hour
