From Hoggy’s beginnings which trace back to 1991, with the opening of our 1st restaurant in Linworth, Ohio we have become known for our menu focused on Authentic Southern BBQ. Our menu items are made from scratch, using fresh ingredients, and prepared to order. All meats are hand-rubbed with our special seasonings and then slow smoked to perfection. Our customer favorites start with the Pulled Pork and Pulled Chicken and our Award Winning, One-of-a-Kind Mac & Cheese. In addition, Hoggy’s customers have made our Ribs, Wings, Brisket and our extensive list of Traditional Southern Recipe side dishes part of their menu favorites. Hoggy’s has become a Columbus Favorite for those looking to satisfy their cravings for authentic BBQ!

Hoggy’s customers can enjoy their favorite menu items by dining in or calling for pickup at our 830 Bethel Road location in Columbus Ohio. They also have the option of placing an order with Hoggy’s Catering and having their food delivered. We offer Full Service Catering options with our professionally trained staff to make your event memorable.

Hoggy’s has also become popular when customers are planning Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners and other Specials Events. We offer menu choices that are affordable and can direct our customers to many exciting venues in Columbus and surrounding areas.

We welcome experienced restaurant professionals and novices alike. We’ll provide the training you need to feel confident working at any station – Cashier, kitchen, carving station, and event manager. We take pride in our exceptional customer service and it’s up to each of our team members to create the friendly atmosphere that our customers expect and enjoy. So, whether you have experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, prep cook, FOH/BOH, or no experience at all, we’re always looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team. Tips usually add $3-$7 more per hour. At Hoggy’s, you’ll join a team that is committed to making you and everything we touch better!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining and kitchen areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, following safety guidelines.
• Bus tables and restock supplies to enhance the dining experience.
• Complete Opening, Closing, and Midday check lists during shifts.
• Check on Customers in the dining room for quality checkups.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or fast casual experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and cooking skills
