Restaurant Crew Member

Job Overview

Papa Murphy's is the largest take and bake pizza chain in the country and we need some talented and outgoing people to help us serve our customers. Crew members will make pizzas, engage with customers, use a cash register, and maintain a clean, safe and fun workplace. We close early so there are no late nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare food items efficiently following safety and quality standards, operating kitchen equipment with precision.
• Manage customer transactions at the cash register, processing cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines throughout your shift.
• Assist in food handling duties, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation of menu items.
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as food prep, order assembly, and customer service with a positive attitude.

Skills

• Past employment not a requirement
• Experience in food related work is great, but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and managing sales effectively.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
