Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Assist with food safety practices including sanitation, proper food handling, and maintaining cleanliness of workstations and dining areas
• Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance sales opportunities
• Buss tables, clear trays, and ensure the dining area remains tidy and welcoming for all guests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quick service delivery in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts
• Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not mandatory
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay: $8.00 - $9.50 per hour
