Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling accurately.
• Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance guest experience, and manage food service customer order processes efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following sanitation protocols, including food handling and kitchen equipment cleaning.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation activities.
• Manage cash register operations, process cash transactions, and handle retail sales transactions with precision.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience, and supporting team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Experience in sales, upselling, cashiering, or retail transactions is a plus.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food handling procedures diligently.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Prior food service or restaurant experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Pay: $9.00 - $18.00 per hour
