RESTAURANT CREW (PART TIME)

About the role

Restaurant Crew at Slim Chickens Malaysia. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and assemble food and drinks, serve orders, and maintain cleanliness across the dining area, kitchen and workstations. You will follow food safety and hygiene procedures, handle stock management, and support opening and closing duties while working as part of a team during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately and handle payments at the counter
• Prepare and assemble food and drinks according to Slim Chickens recipes and quality standards
• Serve orders quickly and keep guests happy throughout their visit
• Keep the dining area, kitchen and workstations clean and tidy at all times
• Follow food safety, hygiene and storage procedures, including FIFO
• Receive, store and restock ingredients, packaging and supplies
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Work together with the team to keep service smooth during busy hours
• Handle guest questions and feedback politely, and inform the manager on duty when needed

About you

• Be punctual and reliable for every shift
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the full uniform
• Be friendly, positive and willing to learn
• Follow all company SOPs and the manager's instructions
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and stand for long hours
• Malaysian citizen, aged 18 and above
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
• Team player with a good attitude towards customer service
• Experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage
