Making Customers Happy

●    Walk around, don't just stand at the door — check on tables during service and notice small problems early, before they turn into complaints.

●    Handle complaints from start to finish — listen, fix it (even if that means a free dessert or a discount), and check back to make sure they're really happy.

●    Remember our regulars — know familiar faces, remember their usual order, and make them feel like family, not just a customer.

●    Turn first-timers into regulars — and turn regulars into fans who tell their friends and post about us online.

Knowing How We Run

●    Understand the kitchen, not just the dining area — know roughly how long orders take and when we get busy, so you can tell a waiting customer the truth, confidently and kindly.

●    Talk to the Outlet Manager and kitchen team daily — know what's running late, what's sold out, and how to explain it nicely to customers.

●    Notice patterns — if the same complaint keeps coming up, or one time of day is always slow, tell management. What you see on the floor matters.

●    Jump in when it's busy — lend a hand wherever it's needed most during rush hours

●    Before Doors Open — walk the floor, check today's specials and sold-out items with the kitchen, and read yesterday's customer notes.

●    During the Rush — move around, greet customers, watch the queue, and personally look after the 2–3 trickiest tables of the day.

●    After Service — note down today's wins and complaints, and flag anything worth telling the Outlet Manager.
