Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales goals, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant managers and team members through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
• Analyze financial reports including profit & loss statements using Excel data analysis tools to identify areas for cost control and revenue growth.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase sales through innovative marketing strategies and community engagement.
• Manage operational processes by applying lean management principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of each location’s compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with executive-level teams on strategic planning, process improvements, and business growth opportunities.
• Utilize data-driven decision making to optimize staffing levels, inventory management, and sales strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all locations by supervising team performance and resolving escalated issues promptly.

Experience

• Proven management experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry, with supervisory experience overseeing large teams across multiple locations.
• Strong financial management skills including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
• Expertise in Excel data analysis for tracking performance metrics and making informed business decisions.
• Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement initiatives, and operational management.
• Experience leading strategic planning efforts to achieve business growth targets.
• Exceptional managerial communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively with executive leadership.
• Background in business development with a focus on sales growth and market expansion.
• Knowledge of lean management techniques to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
