Restaurant District Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Restaurant District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations within a designated region. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and increase profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant managers and staff through effective team management and managerial communication.
• Manage profit and loss statements, conducting detailed profit & loss analysis to inform business decisions.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new sales opportunities and enhancing existing customer relationships.
• Lead project management efforts for process improvements, operational upgrades, and compliance initiatives aligned with lean management principles.
• Collaborate with executive-level teams to set strategic objectives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Implement operational management best practices to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Foster a culture of team development through coaching, training programs, and succession planning to build strong leadership pipelines.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all locations by supervising staff performance and addressing customer feedback promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of profit & loss management combined with data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business management, and operational management.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively through leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience in project management, process improvement initiatives, and implementing lean management practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels including executive teams; managerial communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, customer service excellence, and business development techniques.
• Familiarity with financial management principles including profit & loss analysis and operational budgeting.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
