Duties

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of restaurant equipment including refrigeration units, ovens, dishwashers, fryers, and other commercial appliances
• Install new kitchen appliances and equipment following detailed schematics and technical specifications
• Conduct routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures and extend lifespan
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and refrigeration systems using ladder diagrams and schematics
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently and safely
• Operate company vehicles for delivery of parts or equipment as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about repair processes and maintenance needs

Experience

• Proven experience in appliance repair, installation, or maintenance within a commercial or restaurant setting
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in refrigeration systems, electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC components
• Skilled in reading schematics and ladder diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems
• Hands-on experience with electrical work, power tools, hand tools, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices
• Previous delivery driver experience or operation of company vehicles is a plus
• Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify root causes of issues
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally

Pay: $26.99 - $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
