Restaurant Facilities Associate

Job Summary
Nonesuch is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Restaurant Facilities Associate to support the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of restaurant facilities. The ideal candidate will help keep equipment, work areas, and building systems operating efficiently while supporting daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of restaurant facilities, equipment, and work areas
• Assist with basic maintenance, repairs, and facility-related tasks
• Monitor lighting, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and other building systems
• Report maintenance issues, equipment problems, and safety concerns to management
• Coordinate with service providers or maintenance personnel when needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized back-of-house and facility areas
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine facility checks
• Follow workplace safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, facilities, maintenance, or building services experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and equipment operations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely use basic maintenance tools and equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and dependable
