Job Summary

Black Canyon Restaurant is hiring a Restaurant Floor Associate to support front-of-house operations and provide friendly, efficient service to guests. This role helps maintain dining areas, assist customers, support servers and restaurant staff, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist with seating guests and directing them to appropriate dining areas
• Support servers and front-of-house staff during busy service periods
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas
• Assist with food and beverage delivery to guest tables when needed
• Restock dining room supplies, utensils, napkins, and service materials
• Respond to routine guest questions and service requests
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to servers or management
• Assist with takeout, pickup, and other restaurant service activities as required
• Follow food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures
• Support opening, closing, and general restaurant duties

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week

Work Location: In person
