Restaurant Floor Manager

Overview

Butcher & Thief Steakhouse is looking for a new Floor Manager to join our team!

This role is designed as an entry-level management position. Ideal candidates include recent grads, those with limited management experience, and those with years of base-level restaurant experience (server, bartender, etc) who are interested in advancing into management.

Salary + Benefits (insurance H/V/D, PTO, and quarterly bonuses).

Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts
• Lead, train, and develop staff members to uphold service standards and food safety protocols
• Oversee food/beverage preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency in line with brand standards
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive guest experience
• Enforce health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.

Experience

• One or a combination of the following:
• A degree in business or hospitality management.
• 2-3 years of management experience (hospitality management is preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of experience as a server/bartender in an upscale/high volume venue.
• Up to date (or the ability to gain) relevant certifications; SNHD food handler, Nevada TAM.
• Experience with Toast POS, OpenTable Reservations, and Microsoft Word/Excel is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
