Floor Supervisor
Job Summary
Responsible for supervising daily floor operations, ensuring fast service, customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise floor staff and daily shift operations
- Ensure quick, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage staff deployment, breaks, and basic training
- Handle customer issues and complaints
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and brand SOP compliance
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and POS operations
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth order flow
- Maintain cleanliness and service quality
Requirements
- 1–2 years food service experience
- Basic supervisory and customer service skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
