Salary: AED 6,000 per month

Job type: Full-time

Lead the floor team and maintain smooth, attentive restaurant service.

Responsibilities

• Allocate stations and brief the team before service.

• Supervise service standards, table flow and communication with the kitchen.

• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.

• Coach captains, runners and bussers and monitor readiness and cleanliness.

• Report shift performance and staffing needs to the General Manager.

Requirements

• Restaurant floor supervision experience.

• Strong guest service, team leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to organize a busy shift and support colleagues hands-on.
