Restaurant Floor Worker

Job Summary

Bricktown Brewery is hiring a Restaurant Floor Worker to support front-of-house restaurant operations and provide friendly service to guests. This role assists with table service, dining area upkeep, guest requests, restocking, and general floor activities to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist servers and front-of-house staff with daily restaurant activities
• Help seat guests and direct them to appropriate dining areas when required
• Assist with food and beverage service according to restaurant procedures
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas
• Restock utensils, condiments, napkins, beverages, and other front-of-house supplies
• Assist with preparing and packaging takeout orders when needed
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to servers, kitchen staff, or management
• Support smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties
• Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
• Perform additional restaurant floor duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamwork and customer service abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and willing to learn
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform routine physical duties

Preferred Skills

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
• Familiarity with POS or restaurant service systems
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to handle guest requests professionally
• Good multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a welcoming dining environment

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
