Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our high-volume restro-bar. You will be responsible for driving venue atmosphere, revenue growth, team performance, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Floor & Operations: Oversee FOH/BOH service, maintain high venue energy/vibe, and manage guest relations during peak late-night hours.
• Financial Performance: Manage P&L, control food/beverage/labor costs, track inventory, and optimize table turnover.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate service, bar, and kitchen teams to maintain top hospitality standards.
• Event Execution: Coordinate with event managers and DJs to execute live music, themed nights, and special activations.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, liquor licenses, and local regulations.

Requirements

• 35+ years of GM experience in high-volume restro-bars, lounges, or nightlife venues.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, bar management, inventory software, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and floor management skills.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
