Restaurant General Manager

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong customer service focus.

**Duties:**

• Manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service

• Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently provided

• Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

• Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals and control expenses

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

**Skills:**

• Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a restaurant setting

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

• Proficiency in cash handling procedures

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

• Knowledge of food industry trends and best practices

• Experience with banquet operations is a plus

• Multi-taskers are a good fit for this role

• Excellent interviewing skills for hiring new staff members
